| The University of Port Harourt is divided into 3 campuses * The Abuja Park Campus * The Delta Park Campus * The Choba Park Campus The Abuja Park Campus This campus is the paramount site of the University and it houses the Ultramodern Games village where the bulk of this years NUGA games will hold. It also houses Staff quarters, World bank library, Ofrima lecture building, the Dan Etete hostels, Nelson Mandela hostels, Claude Ake hostels and the Medical hostel. The Delta Park Campus Popularly known to house the girls in the University, the Delta campus is the administrative center of the University. Besides the female hostels and the administrative block it also houses some of the game faculties that will be used during the Games. The Choba Park Campus Home of the Engineering Faculty, the Choba park campus is across the East - West Expressway and it houses the Engineering and Management faculty. It also houses the Aminu Kano Hostels. It is the closet to the Choba village, after which it was named, and is usually a center of academic and social activities. |
